When love creates history flavor becomes legacy.
Jaume, a passionate chef, met Jelyn, a vibrant Filipina, while working in the food industry in Manila. Their shared love for food and culture brought them together and eventually led them to build a new life in Barcelona.
Jaume continued managing his family’s century-old artisanal shop, known for its traditional sausages and hams, while Jelyn explored a new path. After losing her job, she bravely pursued marketing and began using her creativity to support the family business online.
Today, Jaume and Jelyn continue to grow a global community through their flavors, culture, and story. Proving that love, resilience, and good food can truly cross borders.
Their turning point came with the creation of the Chorizo Filipino a dried Filipino longganisa with a Spanish twist. Jelyn’s heartfelt storytelling and videos struck a chord with audiences worldwide, and their content quickly went viral.

Selection of Ingredients
We begin by selecting high-quality pork from Girona, ensuring the perfect base for our sausages.

Traditional Preparation
The meat is mixed with selected ingredients such as garlic, brown sugar, and pineapple juice, following traditional Filipino methods.

Sausages and Cured Meats
Finally, we hand-pack and slowly cure the meat, preserving the authentic flavor and cultural fusion in each piece.
